La Federación de Empresarios de Hostelería y Turismo de Las Palmas (FEHT) colabora con CENFIM, entidad impulsora de InteriHotel, para la organización del evento InteriHotel POP-UP Canarias que tendrá lugar en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria los próximos 19 y 20 de junio de 2019. Las empresas hoteleras y del sector de la hostelería en general, podrán asistir de manera gratuita a este evento especializado en interiorismo de hoteles y participar de las actividades que tienen lugar los dos días, entre las que se incluye un showroom de interiorismo de hoteles, programa de conferencias con casos de éxito de proyectos de diseño de interiores de hoteles, además de otras temáticas de interés para el sector, invitación al cátering networking y cóctel de bienvenida.

A total of 25 brands specialized in contract-hospitality will participate in the next InteriHotel pop-up event that will take place in the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The Canary Islands is the Spanish territory in which the hotel sector shows the greatest dynamism, since around 30% of hotel investment was concentrated in this tourist area in 2018.

The eighth InteriHotel event in Barcelona closed its doors last Friday with 3,874 attendees and 1,250 hotel renovation or new construction projects identified. Interior design and decoration professionals have enjoyed discovering the latest trends in interior design for hotels. With the fairs held this year in Mallorca and Madrid, as well as in Barcelona, the event added up to the participation of more than 200 brands, 6,000 professionals and an exhibition area of almost 10,000 sq. metres, making it the most productive year since it opened in 2011.

Formula 1 is, as well as being a fascinating spectacle, a field in which car manufacturers can experiment. They test solutions in extreme conditions that one day may reach the cars of mere mortals.

CENFIM, the organising body of InteriHotel, called for the IV prize for the best blog entry on the “hotel interior design” topic at its eighth edition. Last 19th October, the jury, formed of representatives from prominent companies within in the world of design and interior design, decided on the Dröm Living studio.

The 2018 edition of InteriHotel Barcelona has created a schedule full of conferences, discussion panels and “fresh” talks focused on design, interior design and contract design.

At this year’s InteriHotel Barcelona, no less than three prizes will be awarded: the first for innovation among its exhibitors, the second to the best blog on hotel interior design, and the third, new to 2018, for the best interior design among the brands participating in the event.

The winners of the InterCIDEC competition, sponsored by InteriHotel, will participate in Fresh Talks
The names of the winners of the InterCIDEC 2018 competition, which is sponsored by InteriHotel, have been announced. The prize-giving ceremony, which will also include a talk from an internationally-renowned professional from the sector, will take place on October 24th at Barcelona’s International Conference Centre (CCIB) during InteriHotel.

The Experience Area is one of InteriHotel’s most well-known and unique spaces. This decoration project forms part of the social responsibility values that the organization wants to transmit to society in order to demonstrate that it is possible to create socially and environmentally-responsible hotel spaces.

The Interior Designers Area is a very busy area at InteriHotel, which aims to provide value to the visitor by presenting the latest trends in interior design, recreating hotel environments. These areas immerse visitors in the world of original design since they are areas curated by interior designers with experience in contract-hospitality projects.

The conference programme and the discussion panels at the eighth edition of InteriHotel Barcelona will include speakers from the UAE, Mexico, Central America, the United Kingdom and Spain, who will present topics currently affecting the sector, success stories about hotel interior design projects, as well as strategies and new business models in the hotel industry.

The InteriHotel Lounge offers a functional atmosphere which is designed to nurture professional relationships in a less formal way. The lounge will be curated by the Association of Interior Designers and Decorators of Catalonia.
