Industrialising: Designing for Manufacture and Scaling Profitability

Pressure to shorten timelines, minimise risks and ensure quality is driving the adoption of industrialised systems. Industrialised construction offers new ways to coordinate the design, manufacture and construction of hospitality spaces.

In this context, decisions about architecture, interior design and equipment must be connected to production and assembly processes from the outset. The forum explores how to scale, finance and standardise these models, and how they affect project operations and profitability.

Hospitality Building Systems Forum brings together professionals from architecture, engineering, manufacturing and hotel operations to explore this transformation through a case study, a roundtable, a keynote and four short presentations on projects or systems.
