The Rebellion of Spaces: Where Design Is Capital

New accommodation models are transforming the way spaces are designed, inhabited and managed. The entry of institutional capital, the growth of professional operators and the transformation of urban assets are responding to demand for flexibility, proximity, community and experiences. The boundaries between residential, hospitality and services are becoming increasingly permeable.

In this context, architectural, interior design and equipment decisions influence occupancy, revenue and asset value. Design takes on a strategic role in adapting spaces to new uses and connecting people's needs with the viability of projects.
