Specialising in the development and digital manufacturing of wooden producs for outdoor use, Hortalia was set up in 2011 to cater for new habits and lifestyles that are healthier, more sustainable and more environmentally friendly. The company pioneered the introduction of the wooden urban garden. It currently specialises in the manufacture of tall planters and wooden partitions (with or without glass or polycarbonate windbreaks) for the terraces of pavement cafés and restaurants. Hortalia is a company with a factory in Manresa that is committed, responsible and environmentally aware. The products are made of red pine wood from sustainably managed European forests. Given that the wood is treated for outdoor use, with minimum maintenance, it can remain outdoors for years.
