In 2016, Casa Bonay was born—a hotel located in the Eixample Dreta neighborhood of Barcelona. From the beginning, the hotel aimed to break away from its touristic label by encouraging visits from the local community and promoting sustainable, inclusive spaces open to events, gastronomic experiences, and cultural activities that were ahead of their time. Over the years, Casa Bonay has developed new lines of business that go beyond hospitality, such as Libertine Blends and Termas Bonay, always striving to anticipate trends and promote new ways of traveling, eating, drinking, and enjoying life. This talk is a narrative of the creation, growth, and future of Casa Bonay.
