Located in strategic locations, these spaces combine contemporary design, comfort, and flexibility, setting a new standard for urban hospitality. Finally, Sara has established a distinguished career in custom furniture design, creating pieces that integrate organically into numerous tresunouno projects, reinforcing the identity and coherence of each space while always seeking to blend beauty and functionality.
With over twenty years of experience, tresunouno has established itself as a leader in architecture and comprehensive design, handling projects from initial conception through to construction and interior design details, always guided by the conviction that architecture and design are inseparable disciplines. Among its most recent projects are Santa Engracia 51 (Madrid), a finalist in the 2024 Asprima Awards, Príncipe de Vergara 76 and Ferraz 98, residential buildings in Madrid that reflect the firm’s commitment to construction quality and the unique character of each project, as well as San Bernardo 126 (Madrid), a recently completed project that employs a simultaneous construction system above and below ground level to optimize construction timelines and also incorporates an automated parking system.
