Luca Pronzato is a sommelier, entrepreneur, and the founder of WE ARE ONA, a creative culinary studio he established in Paris in 2019. After 12 years as a sommelier with stints at renowned restaurants including René Redzepi's NOMA in Copenhagen and Chef Atsushi Tanaka's restaurant in Paris, he developed a unique vision of gastronomy as an artistic medium. Through WE ARE ONA, he takes over exceptional venues around the globe - palaces, brutalist buildings, creative or residential spaces - transforming them with sought-after designers and talented chefs to craft unforgettable, immersive culinary experiences. His collaborators include leading creatives such as Willo Perron, Harry Nuriev, Carsten Höller, and India Mahdavi, as well as iconic luxury brands like Chanel, Saint Laurent, and Jacquemus. The name ONA means "wave" in Catalan, a nod to his mother's heritage. In June 2025, WE ARE ONA joined The Independents, a global marketing and communications group.
