Rocío Pina is an architect trained at ETSAM and holds an MBA from EADE. She is co-founder of ENORME Studio, a Madrid-based architecture practice specialising in design and social innovation. She has delivered internationally significant projects, including the Spanish Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka and the Rubin Museum’s travelling exhibition in New York, demonstrating her expertise in creating contemporary cultural spaces.
Her work challenges traditional spatial models by creating inclusive environments grounded in circular economy principles. Her practice also encompasses strategic brand design for institutions and companies, bringing together communication, identity and experience.
In academia, she has taught at universities across Europe and Latin America for the past 15 years and is currently Professor of Inclusive Spaces at IE University.
Her projects have been exhibited at leading international institutions and events, including the Venice Architecture Biennale, the Spanish Biennial of Architecture and Urbanism, and the Oslo Architecture Triennale.
Throughout her career, she has received distinctions including the European 40UNDER40 Award (2019), Landmark of the Year for Urban SPA (2021), and the N.I.C.E. Award (2015). ENORME Studio was also nominated for the prestigious European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture – Mies van der Rohe Award for its Youth Leisure Centre in Teruel.
Her work has been featured in international publications including Domus, The Guardian, The New York Times, Arquitectura Viva, Arquine, and El País, reflecting her relevance within the contemporary architectural landscape.

Among its most significant projects are the Spanish Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, The Portable City in Brussels, the Spanish Guest of Honour Pavilion at the Frankfurt Book Fair, the Manifesta 12 Education Hub in Palermo, and The Stage for TBA21 at the Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza in Madrid.
