Architect graduated from the Università di Roma (2007), with studies in Paris and Rome. His early career focused on urban planning projects and international competitions in Italy. Since 2007, he has developed his career in Madrid, specializing in retail and lighting. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in business management, bringing strategic vision to architectural practice.
Founded in Madrid in 2009 by architects José David Pérez Fernández and Davide Ridenti, DAVIDEDAVID combines architecture, interior design, and art through a distinctive Italo-Spanish lens. The studio's philosophy is encapsulated in the motto "innovating in the traditional" – an approach that seeks to integrate the essence of the past with contemporary creativity to generate authentic, one-of-a-kind spaces with deep emotional resonance. Each project is conceived as a fusion of architecture and art, where sensory experience, materiality, and spatial narrative take centre stage. The two founders bring their extensive personal and professional expertise across architecture, interiors, design, and the arts. Since establishing the studio in 2009, they have developed a diverse portfolio spanning architecture, interior design, retail, and product design. Across every commission, they pursue a careful balance between tradition and innovation, the classical and the contemporary, the existing and the new.
