Alex D’Alessio brings a transversal approach to design, combining a strong background in product and interior design with international experience, particularly within the hospitality sector. His approach is based on understanding the identity and specific needs of each project, combining a conceptual vision with a strong focus on detail and execution.
Graduated in Industrial Product Design from IED Madrid in 2014, he joined MIL Studios as a Project Leader in 2025, bringing experience in project management and development, as well as in coordinating teams and collaborators. For more than six years, he has also collaborated with IED Madrid as a lecturer on the Design Degree, guiding students through the development of projects and competitions, particularly within the hospitality sector and in collaboration with international brands such as ACCOR. His teaching experience further strengthens his ability to communicate, share knowledge and work collaboratively across disciplines.

Founded in Madrid in 2011, our studio develops interior design and architecture projects nationally and internationally, working across different scales and contexts.
