Since 2007 Raúl has been a professional architect with a focus on sustainable architecture, branded product design and interior design in the hotel sector. His career was consolidated in 2014, after gaining international experience in the UK, Germany and India, where he specialised in hotel design. He currently leads the architecture and interior design team at Minor Europe and Americas (formerly NH Hotel Group). In this role, he combines creative vision with a strategic perspective, aligning the design philosophy with the growth and customer experience objectives of the six hotel brands: Anantara, Tivoli, Avani, NH, NH Collection and nhow. In addition to managing, he is actively involved in the development and implementation of design guidelines, ensuring a balance between innovation and practicality, which contributes to enhancing the customer experience and brand identity in the hospitality industry.
