Beatriz Miguel is the Director of Operations and Customer Experience at ILUNION Hotels. His professional career revolves around this company since 2005, when he joined Confortel Hoteles (which would later be renamed ILUNION Hotels) as a receptionist and she has been promoted within the company through different responsibility positions. She was Hotel Director for several years, establishing the first Special Employment Center hotel in the world, until reaching her current position as Director of Operations in 2018.
