ITH's four main areas of action are Innovation, Energy Efficiency and Sustainability, Digital Transformation and AI, Operations and Processes, which represent the four pillars on which hotel business management is based. ITH carries out work aimed at the Spanish hotel industry as a whole and its role within the sector is of particular value, where it is a benchmark in these four areas, functioning as the innovation center for CEHAT members.
