Licensed architect from ETSAB and FAUP, with a Master's degree in Teacher Training from UPC. She completed postgraduate studies in Project and Construction Processes (2003) and in Architecture, Health, and Bioconstruction (2022) at l'Escola Sert. Since 2020, she has regularly participated in national and international conferences on neuroscience and spatial perception. She has collaborated with architecture firms such as EC Compta, Romagosa Caralt, CPAARQS, and Boquer Julià, leading teams, overseeing project planning, and implementing ISO 9001 standards. In 2011, she co-founded Nook Architects, where she led projects for over a decade. In 2015, she created the coworking spaces Zamness, and in 2021, she founded NeuronaLab, where she develops architecture and educational projects. She currently coordinates projects and directs the Master's program in Well-being, Neuroarchitecture, and Bioconstruction at LCI Barcelona.

NeuronaLab was born from over twenty years of experience in architecture, interior design, and education. Over the past decade, its approach has evolved toward creating spaces focused on people's well-being, applying principles of functionality, order, and materiality. Through careful analysis of the environment and users' needs, NeuronaLab designs healthy spaces by integrating neuroarchitecture and bioconstruction. Neuroarchitecture studies how the built environment impacts the nervous system, emotions, and overall health, promoting multisensory perception and enhancing neural connectivity. Bioconstruction advocates for the use of ecological, healthy, and energy-efficient materials, aiming to create harmony between nature and architecture. NeuronaLab’s multidisciplinary team, coordinated by Ana García López, collaborates with experts in geobiology, neuroscience, psychology, and heritage management to develop comprehensive projects focused on physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
