Teresa, Francesca and their team have created a design to transform an exclusive environment into a unique combination of modern comfort and Venetian charm creating a new life for the 16th century Palazzo located between San Marco and the Ponte dell'Accademia. The main motivation of Kike Sarasola, founder of the hotel chain Room Mate was to create a warm accommodation and offer the hospitality of a friend's home without losing the historical identity of the property. The Palazzo da Ponte has been transformed into the Palazzo dei Fiori, a complex of luxurious and unique tourist apartments, thought out down to the last detail. The result: a secret garden in which to stay and enjoy unique experiences and scents in the heart of Venice.
