In this workshop we will learn about the MATCOAM Materials Trends Report, the result of annual research by the COAM Building Department into new materials and construction systems that are having an impact on architecture and building. The different trends analyzed are structured around three major macro trends that characterize the current socio-cultural situation and which the department has called Matter Natura, New Era and Materia (in)finita. Focused as a masterclass, we will attend the creation of three moodboards representative of the trends and each attendee will receive a dossier with the report.
