A talk in which Helena Fradera and Miquel Ruiz will explore how the elements that make up the act of eating—the table, objects, gestures, and rituals—can become creative tools for rethinking the relationship between tradition and contemporaneity. Drawing from their experience at Tiberi Club and Tiberi Bar, they will show how design and play allow for the reinterpretation of gastronomic culture through an experimental lens, where food ceases to be just nourishment and transforms into language, space, and shared experience.
