Trained in senior management, he subsequently completed a management development programme at IESE Business School. He then moved to London, where he took over the general management of several projects for Derby Hotels. Moved by a sense of responsibility towards his environment, he was selected to participate for 6 months in a programme at the innovative THNK School of Creative Leadership in Amsterdam where they train conscious leaders who generate impact through the challenges of the 21st century. Felipe learned to build an entrepreneurial ideal far removed from any interest in status or money. In the Netherlands, he planned to create a business that would not only be the first example of comprehensive sustainability and positive impact, but a symbol of an entire cultural and business transformation.
Proyectos Conscientes is an initiative by Felipe Turell and Javier Antequera that seeks to generate positive impact through business projects that promote responsible consumption in cities.
