Virginia Núñez Machado leads conceptual development and the definition of strategic diagnostics, aligning brand, space and real-world feasibility in retail, office and hospitality projects at Moinsa. She has more than ten years of experience in the design and development of international projects. She is currently Head of Strategic Design at Moinsa and Arseia, leading interior design and fit-out projects for B2B clients. Previously, she was International Design Manager at Dufry Group (World Duty Free), where she coordinated the design, construction and implementation of commercial spaces in airports across Europe, the United States and Latin America. Prior to that, she spent several months working in China for SGB Architects, contributing to architectural projects in an international and multicultural environment. Her career combines strategic vision, technical knowledge and experience in complex international environments, enabling her to approach design as a genuine tool for brand positioning and growth.
