Raquel López is an Associate Architect at GCA Architects Madrid, where she has contributed to the growth and consolidation of the practice’s activity in southern Spain. Her international career has shaped a perspective informed by diverse cultural and professional contexts. With particular attention to user experience and spatial definition, Raquel works across a range of scales and typologies, from hospitality and residential to retail, approaching architecture from a transversal perspective that connects the different layers of a project. At GCA Architects, she has recently led the architectural design of the Kimpton Los Monteros Hotel in Marbella and the Real Madrid Official Store. She is currently leading projects including Los Álamos, a residential development in Sotogrande, and the Meininger Hostel in Madrid.
