Miguel Bartolomé is an industrial designer who loves ceramics—as a material, a product, and an integral part of architecture and his own life. He was born, raised, and works in Onda (Castellón), a global hub for ceramic design and manufacturing. Since 2001, he has collaborated with architects and interior designers to develop ceramic products. He taught Ceramic Design and Graphic Expression at the University of Castellón for 10 years, and Industrial Ceramic Processes at the Manises Ceramic Design School (Valencia) for 3 years. In 2013, he founded Cerámica a Mano Alzada. By approaching technical data from an industrial designer's perspective, he curates valuable insights shared through this platform, helping creative professionals maximize the potential of ceramics in their projects.
