He is currently Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) at Noval Properties, where he leads a team of Project Managers overseeing a portfolio of 27 active projects, comprising more than 10,000 units and an investment exceeding US$658 million.
His career is defined by a comprehensive approach to project management based on Project Management Institute (PMI) standards, combining a strategic 360-degree perspective with a strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client and supplier relationships, and ensure the efficient delivery of large-scale projects.
