Twenty-nine years is a long time, and that is how long José Ángel Mayor has been part of Fama Sofas. As he puts it, “more than half a lifetime.”
His professional development has always been closely linked to the growth of the company. Adapting to the needs that arose along the way, José Ángel has worked across the Spanish Sales Department, Human Resources, and Contract Management, before becoming part of the company’s Strategic Management team in these areas.
José Ángel and the rest of the Fama Solutions team—the company’s Contract and installations division—have been leading large-scale Contract projects for years, including hotels, restaurant franchises, hospitals, and flex-living developments. In this field, they have earned a strong position thanks to two core strengths of the company: flexibility and the development of customised products, combined with the industrial capacity required to deliver high-volume projects.
Famasolutions is the Contract and installations division of Fama Sofas. At Fama, we carry out our entire production process at our factory in Yecla, Murcia, combining cutting-edge technology with the expertise of our skilled artisans. Through Fama Solutions, we provide creative solutions for complex projects, working closely with our clients and always striving for the best possible outcome. We specialise in comfort and in the design of innovative, functional upholstered furniture aligned with sustainability. After more than 50 years of history, we remain proud of our roots, continuing to evolve while preserving our unique identity. Our 45,000m² production facility enables us to manufacture tailored solutions and export comfort to more than 70 countries worldwide, while maintaining our ongoing commitment to functionality, quality, and the environment.
