Jesús Guereta is Managing Partner at Guereta Abogados, specialising in Administrative Law and, in particular, legal advice relating to licences, urban planning, business activities, public entertainment and dealings with public authorities.
A practising lawyer since 1998, he has extensive professional experience in both private practice and public administration. He has held several senior positions at Madrid City Council, including Head of the Legal Department for the San Blas District, Secretary of the Centro District, and later Technical Secretary General and General Coordinator for the Department of Security and Emergencies, as well as Technical Secretary General for the Department of Economy, Employment and Citizen Participation. This experience has given him an in-depth understanding of public administration and administrative procedures, particularly in relation to licences, permits and business activities.
He currently heads Guereta Abogados, a law firm with more than 30 years of experience and a team of over 20 professionals specialising in different areas of law. The firm provides comprehensive legal advice to companies, professionals and individuals, combining experience and specialist expertise with a strategic, tailored approach to each matter.
