Jana Crepon is one of three partners at the multidisciplinary design firm Inside Outside in Amsterdam where she leads landscape design.

Her current projects include a large masterplan to regenerate Valpolcevera valley in Genoa; a community hotspot park design in Kigali, Rwanda; and nature-inclusive projects in the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland.

Alongside current projects, Crepon is leading a self-initiated design research project Living Soil which aims to understand and visualize soil as a rich and crucial ecosystem to be included in urban design and representation.

Crepon teaches at the Amsterdam Academy of Architecture; lectures at conferences and universities; serves as a regular design juror and member of the Spatial Quality Commission in Utrecht; and is an external adviser for major urban developments in Düsseldorf and Cologne.

Inside Outside is an international and multidisciplinary team of architects, interior and landscape architects, artists and designers, creating distinctive interior interventions, landscapes both large and small, and innovative exhibitions. The practice engages in a spatial dialogue with architecture and the city, poetically connecting landscape and interior.
