Graeme Labe is a visionary designer, an innovator in experiential design, and a thought leader in the immersive eco-tourism sector. With over 25 years of experience at the intersection of sustainability and luxury hospitality, Graeme has redefined the way travellers engage with the natural world. As Managing Partner & Chief Design Officer of Luxury Frontiers, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm into an award-winning multifaceted design studio, trusted by the world’s most prestigious hospitality brands, including Four Seasons, Six Senses, Ritz-Carlton, Belmond, Nayara Resorts, and Aman.

Luxury Frontiers is an experiential design studio specialising in hospitality environments shaped by place. Working alongside developers, landowners and hospitality operators, the studio provides strategy, master planning, architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, sourcing and supply, and development management across some of the world's most remote and ecologically significant landscapes.

Every project begins with a deep understanding of its context. We explore how to respond with respect for the land while considering climate, culture, and ecology, allowing each destination to emerge from its surroundings rather than be imposed upon them.

This philosophy has taken our studio across all seven continents, translating the distinctive character of each location into hospitality experiences that feel authentic, conscious, and deeply connected to their setting.
