Francesca is Director of Interiors at Broadway Malyan, bringing nearly two decades of international experience in luxury residential, hospitality, retail and large-scale commercial developments. Based in London, she leads the design of spaces that integrate architecture, materials, lighting and sensory experiences, with a people-centred approach.

Throughout her career, she has held senior positions at international design studios, including Design Research Studio / Tom Dixon, where she contributed to projects such as Tom Dixon’s headquarters at Coal Drops Yard and the award-winning Quay Quarter Tower in Sydney. She later joined Heatherwick Studio as Project Lead, working on major developments including Terminal 5 at Singapore’s Changi Airport and a 155,000 m² mixed-use district in Xi’an, China.

Her design philosophy draws inspiration from the Italian concept of meraviglia, understood as the ability to evoke a sense of wonder through distinctive, narrative-driven and thoughtfully designed spaces.

Broadway Malyan is an international architecture and design practice specialising in the creation of sustainable, resilient and people-centred environments. Its expertise spans architecture, urban design, interior design, landscape architecture and strategic planning, with residential, hospitality, commercial, cultural and mixed-use projects around the world.
