He leads and coordinates design processes from concept through delivery, aligning creative vision with commercial objectives, operational requirements, budgets, and timelines. Working with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, designers, and international partners, Alejandro ensures design integrity, quality, and consistency throughout each stage.
