Alba Méndez García is an architect, strategic consultant, and CEO of Qualia Estudio, specializing in neuroarchitecture, evidence-based design, and the social impact of the built environment. She serves as Innovation Board Member at the Col·legi d'Arquitectes de Catalunya (COAC) and is Co-Director of the Master's Degree in Neuroarchitecture and Conscious Design at Elisava. She holds a degree in Architecture from ETSAB–UPC, a Master's degree in Construction Technology, an MBA from ESADE, and a Master's in Neuroscience Applied to Architectural Design from the IUAV–ANFA program. Her career spans more than fifteen years of experience across architecture, research, and strategic consulting. At Qualia Estudio, she leads projects that integrate neuroscience, environmental psychology, and data analytics to design and evaluate spaces that enhance health, well-being, human experience, and organizational performance. As an international lecturer and keynote speaker, she advocates for a vision of design in which scientific evidence becomes a strategic tool for creating measurable, positive, and lasting impact on people and society.
