Trained at the ETSAC in A Coruña, the École d'Architecture de Lille and the Architectural Association (AA) in London, Manuel Fernández Corral is a registered architect in the USA, a member of the AIA (American Institute of Architects), a registered architect in the UK (ARB), and in Spain (COAG). He is also LEED AP BD+C and ID+C accredited in sustainability and has experience lecturing in the hospitality industry. He left Ara Arquitectos to join Norman Foster's studio (Foster+Partners) in 2004, where he spent more than 15 years. Afterwards, he managed his studio within the firm Skidmore Owings & Merrill in Chicago. Subsequently, he joined Roth Architecture (Azulik) as Head of Design, where he led multidisciplinary projects and teams for 3 years. In 2024, he founded ĀDDED Design & Consulting. Throughout his career, he has been implementing and directing his strategies to achieve exceptional architecture and quality.
