Helena is the President of the Association of Women in Hospitality. Previously, she was Managing Director and co-head of Transaction Real Estate at EY, and led the hotel departments at JLL and Knight Frank, where she was also Director of Valuations. In her various roles throughout her career, she has led a large number of hotel transactions, strategic analysis and feasibility studies. She is used to team leadership, decision making and execution of business plans. She is a lecturer at the renowned IE Business School and IE School of Architecture and Design, and is often called upon as a moderator and panelist at conferences and other events.
