Bea Blanco is the co-founder of Burondo studio and a technical architect trained at the University of Alicante and the Fachhochschule in Berlin, Germany. Her professional career began in London, where she lived for more than ten years, gaining valuable experience in renowned architectural firms and specializing in interior design. Since she was a child, Bea has felt a deep passion for design and the creation of spaces, which prompted her to return to Spain in 2018 to found, together with her sister, her own architecture and interior design studio. Her goal is to create honest, authentic and serene spaces that blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors. In addition, he complements his work at Burondo with teaching in the IED's master's degree in interior design.
In 2019, sisters Isabel and Beatriz Blanco founded their studio with the aim of creating spaces with soul, based on spatial order and a strong sensory character, seeking beauty. Their work encompasses architecture and interior design projects, focused on timelessness, authentic essentialism and a natural and simple aesthetic. In each project, they reflect their passion for their craft and their mastery of materials. Their approach creates serene spaces, where light and shadow are treated with delicacy, generating warm atmospheres and using noble materials. From his office in Madrid, Burondo carries out projects all over the world, in sectors such as residential, hotel, restaurant, office and commercial, always adapting to individual needs.
