Barbara has more than 25 years of experience in the financial area, having worked in various sectors and in companies with different capital structures (listed companies, private/family-owned companies, private equity, start-ups, etc.). He has led three IPOs in the US and a multitude of debt and equity transactions in the US and Europe. Since January 2021, Barbara has been Global CFO of Selina Hospitality (NASDAQ: SLNA), operator of +100 hotels in 24 countries. Previously, Barbara was CFO of HAYA Real Estate (Cerberus portfolio) for 6 years, and spent 10 years at Abengoa Group, where she led the capital markets and investor relations and finance function of its subsidiary, Telvent (NASDAQ: TLVT). Barbara began her career at KPMG in the US and later at Deloitte. She holds a BA and MBA from Florida International University, CPA.
