Paco Santisteban defines himself as an innate artist, creative and an artist with capital letters. His magnificent career has positioned him as one of the most relevant architects on the national scene, endowing architecture with a markedly passionate character and great artistic value. Organic and geometric forms that singularise and give value to the work of art that he wants to create and show to the city. His great value is characterised by exceeding the client's expectations by far, always meeting the budget and deadlines, which is what most concerns the client. In addition, Paco Santisteban is very committed on a social level and participates with associations by donating part of his creative work. ‘We have to be grateful and feel very close to God’ is his motto. He has a big heart and feels that inside himself, his soul is biophilic.
The T10 architecture studio, formed by José Luis Pérez Halcón and Paco Santisteban, has a long track record. It is distinguished for being an eclectic and differential studio, standing out for the diversity of its projects. Among them, five-star hotels, such as the Only You in Seville, the MALACA DELTA super-luxury housing development in Malaga, and the development of the largest logistics complex in Europe, in Santurce, Bilbao. They have collaborated with international architects such as Japan's Sou Fujimoto and France's Françoise Leclercq, as well as working with renowned interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán. T10's architecture is deeply influenced by nature, geometry and the inherent order of things. It is the combination of the partners' characters that makes the difference: the precision of line and technique on the one hand, and the fluidity of curve and art on the other.
