Marta grew up in Sant Joan de les Abadeses (Girona), where she was involved in the family business from an early age. During the summers, working in assembly, she understood the complexity of its manufacture. At the age of 17 she moved to Barcelona to study Business Administration and Management at ESADE. At the end of his studies he moved to the United States, where he worked for five years in the Estiluz subsidiary, gaining international experience. Upon his return, he assumed global management, leading the commercial and marketing areas. Throughout his career, he has kept himself in constant training, keeping up to date with the latest trends and promoting innovation. Together with her brother, she has driven the transformation of the company on several occasions, adapting without losing its essence. Undoubtedly, travel and the people he has met have been key to his professional and strategic development.
