Mar Vera is a prominent Spanish designer, founding partner of Envés Diseño and Welcome Design, companies specialized in interior design, graphic projects and visual communication. With a background in interior design and ephemeral architecture, two are the lines that mark the creative capacity of Mar Vera, art (her source of inspiration) and experimentation with new materials. She is currently appointed as ambassador of Maison&Objet in Spain, one of the most prestigious international fairs in the field of design and decoration. In this role, Mar Vera represents and promotes the event, connecting Spanish design with the global market. Her work at Envés Estudio and Welcome Design has been recognized for its use of color (numerous awards and nominations), innovation and multidisciplinary approach, working on commercial, residential and hotel projects. In addition, he transmits his passion and respect for design through his talks, masterclasses, conferences and teaching experience.
Welcome Design is an interior design studio based in Madrid that fuses functionality and aesthetics to create spaces that tell captivating visual stories, prioritizing emotional connection. They go beyond simple decoration, applying strategic graphics that transform every corner into a visual experience, from murals to graphic details that enhance the everyday. Their projects not only beautify, but also communicate, turning each space into a unique visual work. Their work at Envés Estudio and Welcome Design has been recognized for its use of color, innovation and multidisciplinary approach, earning them numerous awards and nominations. They have worked on commercial, residential and hotel projects. In addition to their work in interior design, Welcome Design develops their own products and organizes events in their space, Welcome ROOM, to connect the interior design and design community.
