José Ángel Preciados, originally from Pamplona, began his career in tourism at the Pamplona School of Hotel Management. With more than 40 years in the sector, he started at NH Hoteles, where he held various positions for 18 years, and ended up taking responsibility for the company as General Operations Manager for Spain and Portugal. In 2003 he joined the ONCE Social Group as General Manager of its hotel chain, then called Confortel. During his 20 years in the organisation, he has led its transformation, turning it into a tourism benchmark for its sustainable, accessible and inclusive management. He is currently CEO of ILUNION Hotels, a company recognised for its unique model, which combines economic and social profitability, promoting universal accessibility, the integration of people with disabilities and respect for the environment, standing out as an example in the tourism sector.
