Trained in interior architecture at BAU Barcelona, industrial design and design management at Squola Politecnica di Design in Milan, and digitalization of construction at IE School of Architecture & Design in Madrid. He has participated in architecture and interior design projects for companies such as GE Capital Real Estate and Mediterranean Shipping Company, and in industrial design in projects such as Reality Translator for Microsoft Italia (2003) and Glow Suite for Castan Iluminación (2009). He currently leads the area of Collaborative Development at Finsa, focused on connecting industry with the construction chain through industrialization, digitalization and sustainability. He has led projects as VP Module THERMOPINE and co-founded the brand ZiClick Finsa Simon CoLLab. In addition, he has worked on award-winning façade systems at REBUILD, and is an advisor to ROOM 2030 and a collaborator in the investment of start-ups such as Strong by Form.
The companies Finsa and Simon have formed an alliance to create Ziclick, which was created with the aim of joining forces in the development and innovation of new sustainable and circular solutions in industrialised 2D construction as benchmarks and leaders in the sector. Ziclick is much more than a panel; it is an intelligent ecosystem that integrates lighting, electricity and sensors in technical wood panels. Its modular design and plug&play system allows for a quick and easy installation on the wall that reduces costs and speeds up works in hotel, residential and office projects oriented to the industrialised construction sector. It offers infinite customised possibilities, adapting to the specific needs of each project and creating unique, efficient and comfortable spaces. After its first product launch with E-panel, the brand plans to expand its offer through innovation and the development of new industrialised solutions such as partitions or ceilings.
