Sarah Hartman is the Vice President of Interior Design for Sandals and Beaches Resorts. As a brand ambassador and developer, she leads the expansion of a boutique resort chain across the Caribbean. With a background as an international traveler and adventure specialist, she has lived in Australia, Europe, Asia, and South Africa before moving to NYC and later to Miami. At Sandals, she is a founding team member, focusing on refurbishing older hotels and opening new resorts. Her recent projects include Sandals St Vincent, Sandals Dunn's River, Sandals Curacao, and Sandals Royal Caribbean. Sarah aims to enhance successful designs and elevate them to a consistent 5-star standard. Educated in South Africa with a focus on fine arts and interior design, she is also advancing her skills in Project Management and Construction at FIU. Based in Miami, she manages a large studio while indulging her adventurous spirit.
