In 2003, Paula Rosales opened her architecture studio in New York. Until 2009 she lived between New York and Madrid, where, despite the crisis, she finally settled. For anyone else this would have meant the end of a cycle. For her it was a new beginning. She continued with her architecture and design studio, more&co, and started creating ecological kitchens: Kitchen For Life. Today, Paula is a self-made architect who is always pushing herself to improve and keep learning. Some of her main projects have been linked to the world of hospitality: El huerto de Lucas, the award-winning Nubel at the Reina Sofía Museum, the Ovillo restaurant or El Cuartel del Mar in Chiclana de la Frontera, Best Architectural Project in Europe in the Restaurant category at the UNESCO Prix Versailles 2021.
more&co, architecture and design studio, has realized commercial and residential projects widely published in the media and recognized with international awards such as the A' Design Award Bronze and the Prix Versailles of Unesco for the Restaurant El Cuartel del Mar; the A' Design Award Gold for the Restaurant Nubel of the Reina Sofia Museum. It has been part of the AD100 europe list several years in a row. Today, the studio is going a step further in its sustainable design policy and is launching KITCHEN FOR LIFE, an innovative system of modular kitchens made of resistant and toxic less materials, designed for those who value the power of design and its impact on health and the environment. For more&co, design is a tool that responds creatively to the needs and resources of its clients, with the aim of improving people's lives in the spaces they inhabit.
