Benjamín Peniche is creative director, in charge of developing the fundamental concepts of each project and transmitting the vision to the team. His experience, vision and ability to create concepts stand out in his management and direction of the design of architectural works and projects. He is also in charge of developing and supervising projects in their earliest stages.
Arkham is a platform that turns dreams into living spaces through architecture. Beyond aesthetics and functionality, their projects seek to convey emotions and tell stories, fulfilling dreams through architectural design. With Min Peniche as creative director and Jorge Duarte as executive director, the team, made up of more than 50 professionals, combines passion and talent. Since 2013, Arkham has developed projects of various scales, accompanying its clients at all stages, from engineering coordination to site supervision. With more than 700,000 m² designed and more than 60 national and international awards, its projects have been recognised for their innovation and quality, creating unique experiences in each of them.
