Marta Álvarez del Manzano was born in Madrid, where she studied interior architecture at the Polytechnic University. She started working in the architecture studio Euroamykasa and later, she developed most of her professional career in MIL Studios for almost 9 years.
The founders of Dichoso Estudio, Elena Durán and Marta Álvarez del Manzano, consider themselves fortunate to be able to create and design spaces where comfort, care and well-being make the people who live there happy. Happy is the one who feels fully satisfied for enjoying everything he or she desires or for enjoying something good. And so, the aim of the studio is to create spaces with a different character, giving them a meaning, allowing the people who inhabit them to create relationships with each of the spaces expressed from emotions, imagination, stories and personal experiences. They want the people who live in their spaces to feel happy.
