Senior Architect with a Master's Degree in Architectural Lighting from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC Technical School). Gisela is the founder and director of the architectural lighting studio Auténtico, based in Barcelona and Saudi Arabia, developing large-scale lighting projects worldwide. She is also the director of the Lighting for Architects course at the Escola SERT (College of Architects of Catalonia), lecturer in postgraduate courses in Facility Management, Architecture and Health and Facilities, and member of the Board of Directors of the IALD (International Association of Lighting Designers), member of the Board of Directors of the Retail Design Institute, WOD (Women In Office Design), as well as AxA (Architects for Architecture) and FIDEM women's entrepreneurship associations. She participates in conferences, lectures and conferences, and publishes regularly in the main Spanish media of the lighting sector.
