Architectural engineer graduated from the Technical University of Budapest, with an academic background in Brazil and a passion for improving processes and contributing practically in high-performance teams. As a descendant of immigrants from pre-unification Germanic states and having been born and raised in Brazil, she has a strong desire to explore new cultures and make connections abroad. Experiencing mixed cultural traditions during her childhood helped shape her identity, enriching her experiences and fostering a deep appreciation for diversity. With a purpose aligned with evolution, just like the core nature of human beings, Estéfani believes that we can thrive on collaboration and that by embracing diverse perspectives, she can drive innovation and creativity in her role as a project manager, leading to dynamic and effective solutions.
