Elena Durán, from Barcelona, studied interior design in her hometown, as well as in Paris at EINA University. She worked for 3 years in London at Taylor Howes' studio and later worked at MIL Studios in Madrid for several years.
The founders of Dichoso Estudio, Elena Durán and Marta Álvarez del Manzano, consider themselves fortunate to be able to create and design spaces where comfort, care and well-being make the people who live there happy. Happy is the one who feels fully satisfied to enjoy everything he or she desires or to enjoy something good. And so, the aim of the studio is to create spaces with a different character, giving them a meaning, allowing the people who live there to create relationships with each of the spaces expressed from emotions, imagination, stories and personal experiences. They want the people who live in their spaces to feel happy.
