Vicente Andrés Soler Soler is the CEO of ZERO+, a Holistic Architecture Studio that combines his technical background as an architect with expertise in sustainability as a BREEAM advisor and business knowledge through an MBA. For over 10 years, he was part of an engineering and urban planning firm, serving as technical director on urban development projects as well as public and private construction works. From 2011 until 2016, he held a public position as Head of the Department of Urban Planning, Environment, and European Funds in L'Alfàs del Pi (Alicante), where he led future urban planning strategies, development policy, and the integration of urban innovation policies for the municipality. Since 2017 he is CEO of Zero Plus Urban Innovation [ZERO+], a firm founded in response to the lack of specialization in the real estate sector focused on sustainability, quality of life, and well-being.
A studio with a “ZERO+ holistic approach” comprehensive and fully integrated, focused on quality of life, well-being, sustainability, and business models. They aim to go beyond aesthetics, taking into account all relevant aspects to create spaces that are functional and experiential, efficient, healthy, and sustainable. They strive to generate a triple impact—social, economic, and environmental—by addressing both human needs and the context in which the project is situated. The studio is committed to understanding and responding to the needs and desires of its clients, as well as the unique characteristics of each project site. They collaborate with other professionals to ensure that every aspect of the project is properly integrated and optimized. Their goal is to promote the well-being of those who will use the spaces while ensuring sustainability and respect for the environment.
