Her career combines academic work with solid professional experience in architecture, lighting design, and university teaching. A specialist in architectural technology, building design, and urban planning, her research has focused on the relationship between light, color, and learning in educational spaces, offering an innovative perspective on the impact of lighting on spatial experience. Throughout her career, Sara has led architectural lighting projects both in Spain and internationally, collaborating with renowned studios and participating in landmark works such as Torre Manacar in Mexico, Zouk Club in Kuala Lumpur, and Hotel VP in Madrid.
