HAUS aims to transform the building sector towards sustainable and healthy models, creating spaces that reduce environmental impact and improve people’s quality of life. It believes that architecture and urban planning must go beyond aesthetics or functionality, taking on the responsibility of delivering comfort, well-being, and sustainability. To achieve this, it operates as a specialized consultancy, supporting developers, architects, interior designers, and engineering firms in integrating health and sustainability criteria from the very first stages of each project. In some cases, it takes on full project management, coordinating processes and stakeholders to ensure these objectives remain central throughout all phases, from design to building use. Its methodology combines technical and financial rigor, innovation, and sensitivity to people and the environment. Furthermore, it works with international health and environmental certification standards, providing tailored solutions that deliver measurable added value and anticipate the sector’s future demands.
