With a degree in Tourism and Public Relations and a BA in Humanities from UPF, she has been working in accessibility since 2005. She developed an online course for the Catalan Tourism Agency on accessible tourism, and co-authored, together with María-José Anía, a manual on accessibility in events for the Catalunya Convention Bureau. She has participated in projects for the Barcelona Provincial Council, Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya, the Catalan Institute for Cultural Companies, and the Autonomous University of Barcelona. With the approval of the new Accessibility Code, she prepares Accessibility Plans for museums and has worked on signage projects for the Jaume Morera Museum in Lleida and the Tarragona Theatre, also advising the Gran Teatre del Liceu and Apropa Cultura, among others. She has been a speaker at conferences such as “Art Beyond Sight” at the Metropolitan Museum (NYC), “Blind & Visually Impaired Public” for the Réseau Art Nouveau Network (Riga), and the “Seminar on Audio Description for the Arts” at Roehampton University (London).

The consultancy AccesLab was founded on the conviction that accessibility and innovation must go hand in hand.
