Julia Dias, CEO of HPG International Latin America. Julia began her career in 2000 as a Purchasing Agent after relocating to California, where she worked as Production Manager at Sandra Jordan Collection. In 2005, she joined HPG International, then known as Higgins Purchasing Group, at the company’s headquarters in California. Following the rebrand to Hospitality Purchasing Group, Julia played an instrumental role in expanding the company’s presence. In 2008, she was appointed to lead projects in Peru, supporting the entry and adaptation of major international hotel chains in Latin America. Since then, she has been at the forefront of HPGI’s regional growth, leveraging her expertise in procurement and project management to deliver world-class hospitality projects across Latin America and the Caribbean.
